Unopened music product can be exchanged for another title or in-store credit. Refunds will only be given for unopened items accompanied by original receipt. Opened music titles can only be exchanged for a new copy of the same title, as long as it is within 30 days of the date on the original receipt. Opened music items without a receipt are not eligible for return. Used product is guaranteed against defect for 30 days, and may be exchanged with the original receipt for another used title or in-store credit. (Returns or exchanges of any kind after 90 days are ineligible)
ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE (CLOTHING, JEWELRY, ETC)
Refunds will be given only if accompanied by original receipt within 30 days, and only on merchandise that is in new/re-sellable condition. Items without a receipt will be exchanged for in-store credit as long as they are in new/re-sellable condition.
Clothing must be in new condition; washed or worn items are ineligible for return.
Books may be exchanged if in new condition and only within 30 days of original receipt.
No returns or exchanges on body jewelry, earrings, clearance items, or tobacco accessories.
(Any return without a receipt is subject to a 20% deduction to reflect V.I.P. Sale Pricing
INTERNET ORDERS
We value your satisfaction, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please return item within 30 days of payment received. We will replace your product with a like product in the same condition; if no like products are available we will then offer a credit through our online store or refund amount back, we reserve the right to choose the best option for refund. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost incurred. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
