It's the Tuesday before Christmas and here are some last minute stocking stuffer's to keep in mind.
Mary J. Blige is releasing her ninth studio record "Stronger With Each Tear", tracks feature T.I. and Drake.
But people who have seen the movie
Precious will recognize the final track "Color" with its heart pulling production from Raphael Saadiq.
Eminem re-release Relapse with an aptly titled record called "Relapse: Refill". This will hold over fans until his follow up is released very soon.
This disc includes 5 new bonus tracks. Sorry no Mariah Carey diss songs on this one.
Mudvayne releases their fifth studio album today. There will be four different release editions of Mudvayne available; a standard edition, vinyl edition, deluxe and super deluxe edition. All release editions will feature blacklight-reactive ink album covers. The new record was produced by Jeremy Parker, and material from the album was recorded simultaneously with the material that appeared on The New Game.
The soundtrack to the soon to be released musical hit "Nine" has hit the shelves today. Variety confirmed that three new songs had been created for the film by original Broadway composer Maury Yeston. The soundtrack includes songs from Fergie, Daniel Day-Lewis, Penélope Cruz, Kate Hudson and Nicole Kidman.
Chicago like numbers are expected for this soundtrack. Who knew Kate Hudson could sing?
And last but not least two greatest hits albums to play with your memory. The Who and Geffen Records release "The Greatest Hits" with 19 tracks that make it a great starter album for kids to get introduced to The Who. James Brown keeps it funky with his 8th volume in "The Singles" series. This two disc record includes his best work from 1972-73. Guess that was a good year for him.
As the holidays wrap up expect new album releases to slow down, but keep checking back here for new stock and re-up updates.
